Yoga and Mindfulness

This class explores two ends of the Yoga spectrum. 

A challenging physical practice first then down to the floor to find stillness and explore then techniques of “mindfulness” meditation.

Explore your practice, challenge your body and then, once you have earned some rest, harness the power of the attention and awareness to bring you back to the “Now”.

Kim will be on hand to guide, modify and assist you throughout this journey.

An intermediate level class.

Cancellation Policy: As a small yoga space it is important that we enable all of our warriors to practice equally and fairly. As such we do not offer cancellations of classes to avoid mat space being reserved and unused So please only book a mat space if you know you can attend the class.
