Ashtanga Yoga

One of the most widely practiced styles of Yoga, A dynamic and physical practice.

Synchronise breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasas (Linked sequences of movements), is great for building core strength and toning the body.

Prepare to move through a set sequence of postures, see your progress, build strength, flexibility and balance. Feel your confidence flourish.

An accessible class suitable for all levels.

Cancellation Policy: As a small yoga space it is important that we enable all of our warriors to practice equally and fairly. As such we do not offer cancellations of classes to avoid mat space being reserved and unused So please only book a mat space if you know you can attend the class.
