Yoga and Mindfulness

Combine the ancient practices of Yoga and Mindfulness in this Yoga class.

Spend some time in the body, stretching and moving before sitting or lying down to be guided through a mindfulness meditation.

Kim will stretch your body and take your mind on a journey so that you can feel wholly renewed and refreshed.

Suitable for all levels.

Cancellation Policy: As a small yoga space it is important that we enable all of our warriors to practice equally and fairly. As such we do not offer cancellations of classes to avoid mat space being reserved and unused So please only book a mat space if you know you can attend the class.
